The Epitome of a Dedicated, Ethical, and Highly Motivated Real Estate Professional

Leigh Ann was recommended to us by our beloved and trusted real estate agent up here in Sacramento. My wife recently got a job assignment in San Diego and we’ll be moving in June, but in the meantime we were looking for an agent who could help us buy a house while we still lived and worked up north. Our Sacramento agent had asked around from her California contacts and heard of Leigh Ann at Berkshire.  Leigh Ann specializes in the Point Loma and Ocean Beach neighborhoods of San Diego but is also an expert on all San Diego real estate.

She was immediately available by phone the first time I called and she was extraordinarily generous with her time throughout the entire 2 month process of house hunting, including weekends and nights.  She even picked us up from the airport one time and drove us all over the city! We talked almost everyday and she would use face time to show us property remotely on our phones (which worked surprisingly well!) When it came time to make an offer, we discussed our strategy at length and then dove right it with highly efficient document sending and signing apps.  We literally did the entire process from our phones which was kind of incredible.  Leigh Ann was also in constant contact with our mortgage officer and several contractors for inspections which went very smoothly.

Long story short, Leigh Ann helped us navigate the highly competitive market of San Diego and we ended up buying a condo in Bay Ho/Clairemont in a truly gorgeous community AND Leigh Ann helped us negotiate a $12,500 sellers credit to sweeten the deal just before closing escrow.  She is truly the epitome of a dedicated, ethical, and highly motivated real estate professional.  It’s well known that 90% of homes in San Diego are sold by only 10% of agents in the business.   Leigh Ann is one of those elite few…and you will definitely know the difference when you work with her.

Final home purchase price was 750k, 3BR/3BA.
